Fabien Goulay
Dr. Goulay received his PhD from the University of Rennes (France) under the direction of Dr Bertrand Rowe and continued as a postdoctoral fellow in the group of Prof. Stephen Leone at UC Berkeley and with Dr Hope A. Michelsen at Sandia National Laboratories.
